I’ve had the pleasure of receiving individual sessions with Irini, as well as collaborating with her and experiencing her leadership in group settings.

Through constellation work, IOPT, and ceremonial circles guided by her, I experienced meaningful and empowering shifts in both consciousness and embodied understanding. What touched me most was not only her ability to help me see the patterns playing out in my life, but the way she held space for me to feel them fully, and gently transform them from within.

Irini meets her role as a transformational guide and therapist with rare integrity, presence, and skill. When she opens a sacred space, it is deeply grounded and intentional. It is important for me to state in the beginning that I always treated spirituality as an abstraction, something inaccessible and on the edge of fantasy world. I have always been and still am skeptical to all alternative ways of healing, thinking and perceiving reality. I like to think of myself as a realist and a user of common sense.

My testimony is a proof that you don’t need to be a true believer in astrology or alternative healing techniques to try and progress in trauma therapy sessions. Especially if your therapist is as skilled and experienced as Irina.

Through her guidance, I was able to connect with my womb in a deep way— uncovering emotions, memories, and energetic imprints I didn’t realize I was carrying. It felt like a homecoming to parts of myself I had forgotten or buried. I am also very grateful for receiving the power and wisdom of the 13th Munay ki rite. Irini’s presence was both grounding and expansive, and I’m truly grateful for the healing and insight this experience brought into my life.

Irini is a strong woman who wants, through the power she was gifted with, to help and strengthen other women around her. I participated in a women’s circle organized by her and what I felt and lived there was simply WOW. I cannot describe in words how the feelings of the past intertwined and how they were explained to me in the present, practically without too many words. If you have the opportunity to work with her, if this reaches you, do not ignore it, because you will feel sorry for it. That’s all that can be said, although it feels a thousand times more. It may sound cliché, but it is not a recommendation, it is an experience, a story, part of life.

Working with Irini over one-on-one sessions and during the workshop (dedicated to Mary Magdalene) was a truly meaningful experience. She showed up with presence, openness, and a quiet strength that created a space of trust and reflection. I appreciated her honesty, depth, and the way she engaged with the process. It was a joy to witness her inner clarity grow and to walk alongside her for part of that journey.

I am in a very delicate moment right now…and the therapy sessions (IoPT, sound healing) brought comfort and peace to my body and soul. Somehow I gained more clarity over my own feelings and decisions that I need to make. I feel that my wounds are getting healed with the therapy sessions. I am grateful for them.
