Facilitating with Presence, Authenticity & Purpose

A transformative group training for facilitators ready to move beyond technique — into the deeper territory of inner knowing, authentic presence, and field intelligence.

Beyond technique. Into inner flow.

Most facilitators are well-trained in tools, structures, and methods. But the facilitators who create lasting impact are those who have done the deeper work — who understand that the quality of your presence is the most powerful tool you have.

This training is not about learning to facilitate. It is about understanding the principles that draw from your own values, awareness, and inner truth — so that facilitation stops being a performance and becomes an expression of who you genuinely are.

You might be ready if…

This training is designed for facilitators at a crossroads — those who sense there’s a deeper dimension to their practice that technique alone can’t access.

  • You’ve trained in many modalities but feel something essential is still missing
  • You sometimes hide behind structure or persona instead of showing up fully
  • You want to understand the facilitation field — not just manage it
  • You’re ready to face your own patterns and bring them into the light
  • ou want facilitation to feel like inner flow — not performance

What we’ll explore together

\

01 The Facilitated Self

Who are you when you walk into the room? We begin with presence, authenticity, and drive — the three foundations that everything else rests on.

Inner Work

\

02 Somatic Intelligence

Your body arrived before your ideas did. We train attunement to somatic signals — reading the room through your nervous system, not just your mind.
Body Awareness

\

03 Navigating Challenges

Conflict, silence, collapse of trust — these aren’t interruptions. They are the facilitation. The PAUSE framework as a lived practice.
Resilience
\

04 The Facilitation Field

Understanding the co-creation field, morphogenetic dynamics, and the invisible forces that shape every group experience — seen and unseen.
Field Intelligence
\

05 Inner & Outer Flow

Distinguishing real flow from entanglement. How coherence and resonance between facilitator and group create the conditions for transformation.
Energy & Dynamics
\

06 Sustainable Practice

Rituals, self-care architecture, and the long-term path of a facilitator who keeps growing — not by accumulating tools, but by deepening self-knowledge.
Longevity

“We are recognized by the field when we bring an authentic, honest and fully present energy and intention.”

— Irini Hara

Irini Hara

Irini Hara has walked the path of facilitation long enough to know where it leads — and where it demands more than technique. Through years of working with groups, exploring systemic constellations, and diving into the morphogenetic field, she developed a way of holding space that is both deeply grounded and unexpectedly freeing.

Her work invites facilitators to stop performing and start inhabiting their practice — to turn what has been in the shadows into gold.

Common Questions

Before you decide

Do I need to be an experienced facilitator?
This training is most valuable for those who already have some experience and are sensing that something deeper is calling. If you’re brand new to facilitation, a 1:1 mentorship session first may serve you better.
How large is the group?
The cohort is intentionally small — typically 6 to 12 people — to ensure depth of work and genuine peer connection. This is not a webinar. It’s a held space.
Are sessions recorded?
Some portions will be available for replay. However, the live experience — the field dynamic that emerges in real time — cannot be replicated. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
Is this therapy or training?
Neither — and both, in a sense. It is professional development rooted in personal depth. It is not therapy, but it may surface material that benefits from therapeutic support. Irini recommends participants have their own therapeutic or supervisory relationship alongside the training.
What happens after the training?
Graduates are invited to continue with individual mentorship, future training cohorts, or peer supervision circles. The relationship doesn’t end with the training — it evolves.
