She and He
I have a dream…that one day instead of She and He, One and We will be part of a new vocabulary of human Heart and Mind.

It is not and never was about She and He.
It is not and never was about Weak and Strong gender, about differences and sexes playing social, psychological and mental games.
It is about how to live in and as Oneness: understanding, accepting and embracing those differences, seeing what we have in common and we can share on mutual basis for improvement and harmonious living.
It is not about fearing the power, the voice, the Love expression on multiple levels…it is about how to use mindfully the Power, the Voice and Love for bringing clarity, healthy relationships, inner growth to human existence. It is about understanding that excesses, struggles, battles, aggression and more anger never achieved something if not dividing more, creating more trauma and anger and fears.
It is about acknowledging that I and You too are part of the same One, polarities in the same energetic field, crating waves of energy around. If we are able to feel this energy as a whole and not trying to divide it more, to create negative and positive in imbalanced projects and fights, then we begin to be something new, a whole new Being and Seeing Life, co-creating a whole new dimension for She and He as eternity, as flow, as Awareness.
I have a dream…that one day instead of She and He, One and We will be part of a new vocabulary of human Heart and Mind. You and Me, as She and He, as One in We as We in One are walking this path together…let’s grow stronger than weakening each other, let’s move mountains and touch the sky!
Heaven after all is not so far as we might think…Heaven is Here, and is We – sharing love, clarity, purpose and life meaning in balance, in peace, in healthy vibration of souls.

Becoming acquainted with Death
I have been thinking a lot lately to what means to Live and Die. The impermanence of Life is no always acknowledged unless we meet Death in a form or another or we just foresee it as an ultimate End of Life. In shamanic cultures Death is not to be feared, but embraced and sought as a teacher. Many rituals and ceremonies involve the concept of dying and being re-born into something else, a new state, a new awareness, a new body.
The Womb is not a place to store fear and pain! The Womb is a place to create and give birth to life!
These two sentences are the core message of a 13 Moon Munay ki rite I received while ago in Glastonbury in the Temple of the Goddess and since then I am giving it away for free to other women that I meet on my path. It is a rite of healing offered to humanity by medicine women from Amazonian forests. It asks us to open to the mysteries of the Womb and heal those wounds that we have stored for so long, preventing us from living a fulfilling, happy and abundant life.
Why I do not believe in past lives and similar concepts
Until I found trauma therapy and I started to search into my own psyche and found the clues for all the dissociation and disconnection I was in. Then those AHA moments came and with them all the new understanding I am also exposing here. Because I know the DIFFERENCE.
