These workshops are designed to bring insights, clarity, healing and peace to their participants

A workshop can vary from 1.5 to 3 h and invites the participants to dive into their own body using the sounds as guide for an inner journey. The workshops can be hold online or in presence, according availability.

A sacred and safe space is created and we invite all energies and protectors or guides that wish to be present.

The structure of a workshop can be adapted to each group but in general it follows these steps:

Presentation of each participant and the intention to work with;

Introducing the topic for the workshop (tailored according the theme and energies that present themselves and also the moment of the year, e.g. New and Full Moon, Equinox or Solstice celebration) and description of the structure;

Guided shamanic journey using a drum or another shamanic instrument (rattle, chimes);

R

Use of energetic sprays and smudging or essential oils;

R

A a sound journey blending light codes and voice (sacred chants, shamanic songs, humming) with instruments (Hathor crystal chalice, elemental chimes, rain sticks, Tibetan bowls, rattles, womb lyre, kalimba etc.);

Short reading with a 3/5 cards spread or creative exercise (painting, modelling, singing);

Sharing among the participants and closure of the sacred space

The benefits of sound healing are numerous. The sounds created with a special intention and specific instruments with attuned vibration and frequency can generate in the body movements and activations that can help cleanse the physical, emotional, mental and psychological blocks.

The sacred sounds can also help release stress, anxiety, trauma-induced blockages, support healing of depressive, fatigue and chronic pain states, improve sleep quality, focus and memory functioning.

According the scientific research, the sound frequency lower the breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure, contributing thus to strengthening of immunity and calmness in the body.
