Online or in presence workshops for educating around autism and other neurodivergent conditions

A workshop can vary from 2 to 3 h and offers information on different aspects of the life of people and kids with autism or other neurodivergent conditions.
The workshops can be hold online (on zoom) or in presence, according availability.
The topics to be approached during these workshops are:
the brain imbalance in neurodivergent conditions and possible causes;
trauma biography (IoPT theory created by Franz Rupert) and how it relates to Autism and other neurodivergent conditions;
polyvagal theory (by Stephen Porges) and techniques for nervous system regulation;
risk factors in pregnancy and at birth for occurence of autism and other neurodivergent conditions;
gut-microbiome axis and how nutrition and environment affect the development of neurological disorders;
sexual life and education for adults with autism and other neurodivergent conditions;
forms of therapy or early interventions for improvement of neurodivergent conditions and a happier life.
In each workshop there will be around 30-45 min of theory, specifically focused on the topic to be presented in relation to autism, followed up by practical exercises. I often bring my reflections from my own experience as a mother of a kid with ASD.
At the end of the workshop the participants will have the opportunity to ask questions for ca 30 min.
