This interactive game invites at re-connecting with the roots of each lineage and heal the negative patterns, behaviors and beliefs inherited from past generations, with a focus on matrilineage for women (or womb carriers).

Each workshop will have a duration of 3.5-5h, and will be performed in presence or online. Minimum number of participant is 4, maximum 12.

The workshop invites the participants to create their own kit of stones representing the energies of their lineage, from mother and father side down to the 4^th generation of great grand-fathers and great grand-mothers. Once this kit made of 15 stones or crystals is gathered each participant sets the intention for healing and enhanced awareness regarding inherited trauma. The game will then be played according set rules presented at the beginning and it will imply an initial individual exercise (using a genogram as template) and other exercises and movements together with other participants, in pairs or the whole group. Through active meditation, self-inquiry exercises in pairs, resonance experiments and creative expression the participants will be guided to connect with the energies of their own lineage, and learn to transform the negative patterns and energies into positive behaviors, beliefs and outcomes.
